About Roseanne

A resident of Needham for over 45 years, Roseanne Smith is a residential real estate broker with over 30 years of experience in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. She is known for her honesty, integrity, in-depth real estate knowledge, and her innate ability to understand the particular needs of each of her clients. Throughout her career, she has consistently found that building relationships with her clients while helping them find a new home or sell their existing home to be the most rewarding part of her work.

 

When Louise Condon Realty opened its door in 1985, Roseanne joined the agency later that year. As Needham’s Hometown Brokers recently celebrated its 30th Anniversary, Roseanne continues to remain an important part of the agency.  Over the years, she has helped many families buy or sell a home in the communities of:
